The background behind my approach
Different sides
of real estate.
One careful approach.
My real estate experience began in the commercial sector, where decisions centred on business needs, numbers and practical considerations. I later moved into Singapore residential property, working with homeowners, buyers and investors.
The questions became more personal: where a family would live, how a sale might support a move, or what someone wanted a property to achieve over time. The need to understand the details remained.
That background shapes the way I work today. I like to understand the reason for a decision, look at the alternatives and discuss what the information can—and cannot—tell us.
GERINOUE brings together my property advisory work. Here, you’ll also find my personal perspectives on the conversations that come up along the way.
What you can expect
Clear questions.
Considered advice.
Your priorities come first. I’ll ask what you want the move to change before deciding which properties deserve your attention.
We’ll look at alternatives. A home is easier to assess when you understand what else you could choose.
Uncertainty stays visible. If a detail needs checking, we’ll treat it as a question until it has been confirmed.
Working together
What our first conversation can do.
Give the decision context.
Tell me what’s prompting your move, who is involved and when you would like things to happen.
Make the questions specific.
We’ll identify what you already know and what needs more information, from the property itself to the practical timeline.
Choose a useful next step.
That may be refining a shortlist, preparing a property, arranging a viewing or clarifying a question with another professional.
A conversation before a commitment
Let’s start with your story.
Tell me what you’re considering and what you would like the next move to change.
I personally confirm viewing appointments.
